This course covers basic communication skills that will allow anyone, but especially those in customer service and consulting roles, to become better listeners and communicate more effectively.
Poor listeners tend to skim for facts rather than feelings. They tend to tune out and interrupt the speaker and as a result they tend to learn very little. In this course, we overview basic communication skills such as effective listening, that will be of use anytime and anywhere - and especially to those involved in customer service and consulting roles.
