As a leader in the company, it is your job to ensure the projects you are responsible for contribute to the company’s success and make a real difference for the organization. While we’d like to think everything we do is important, sometimes it’s easy to get distracted and put time and energy towards work that may not be directly related to the company’s business goals. You will use this course at the completion of a project to determine how well it moved the company towards its vision and strategy. The purpose of this course is to reflect on the outcome and results of the project to fully understand the impact created. This can help reinforce the great work performed by you and your team, and can also help identify key lessons you can apply for future projects.
