Course Overview

Supervision is one of the most important aspects of an educator's role. This course is designed to give students a better understanding of the principles of supervision, and why they must always follow the educator:child ratios set out in the workplace policies and procedures.

This course is suitable for new and trainee educators, as well as students who would like to become early childhood educators and want a better understanding of what the role entails.
