Ask a leader to thank an individual employee or team for their contribution and results

Think about the leaders who interact with your team. What leaders directly benefit from your team’s success? What leaders are looking to you and your team to achieve great results? Soliciting recognition from these leaders is a great thing to do. Hearing from leaders within the company can be very meaningful to your team. Since receiving recognition from leaders is not the norm, when we do, it is very rewarding and motivating. For this course you will ask a company leader to provide feedback to your employee. This course will walk you through the steps to identify the leader, contact the leader, and help you ask the leader to recognize your team or individual employees. By completing this course, you will have asked a leader to thank an individual employee or team for their contribution and results. This course has been approved for 1 hour of PDU credit from PMI (Project Management Institute). This course is part of Vado's Increasing Employee Engagement course bundle which has been approved for 1.25 hours of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Professional Development Credits (PDCs).
