This course will teach you how to become an effective coach for a remote team

There are some common challenges associated with coaching others remotely. Without the benefit of being in the same location, we don’t always know what is happening at any given time. We wonder how the team is getting their work done, and we experience a level of trust that may be less than if we worked in closer proximity. Yet it is very possible for remote coaching to be very effective. What it takes from you, the leader, is a conscious effort to make the time and do the things required to be a great coach—regardless of your location.
