Welcome to the “Anti-Harassment Crash Course” video series intended to provide focused and actionable content on the topic of sexual harassment.
This course, which comprises four video lessons, explains what sexual harassment is and describes what constitutes workplace harassment. In addition, it addresses how to avoid being an offender and how to respond if you witness or endure sexual harassment.
Finally, this lesson outlines the employer’s duties in sexual harassment situations at work. Ultimately, learners should understand what sexual harassment is and know how to deal with it if it occurs.
