This course covers advanced harassment topics in depth such as retaliation and other types of workplace harassment based on sex race color national origin religion sexual orientation marital status physical disability mental disability medical condition and other characteristics protected by federal and state law. This version of H-115 includes technical safeguards to ensure supervisors complete 40-45 minutes of training. When combined with H-110-C this ensures supervisors receive two full hours of training per California (AB 1825 / AB 2053) Connecticut and Maine requirements.
